The Weight Loss Mind State

Losing weight is a struggle. If you want results, you have to be ready for a challenge. I hope this will help get you in the right mind state for the bumpy road ahead.

When attempting to lose weight, don’t go for the diets that charge you hundreds of dollars because your basically paying for a non-refundable health problem. On the other hand don’t go for a free on either, if you don’t invest, you’ll continue to digest! In other words, you have a much better chance of sticking to it if you shell out some cash for your diet. It might benefit you to a find a site that makes it capable for you to choose your own diet so you have even more chances of sticking to it because:

a) You paid for it

b) You picked out the foods

Stay away from diet food! It’s bad for your health and metabolism. You don’t even have to take my word for it, it’s all over the net.

Counting calories is a dull approach to weight loss, in most cases it doesn’t even benefit you and I don’t recommend it. Especially if its your only attempt at losing the weight because that usually just leads to frustration, then ultimately, giving up. Don’t eat less and assume that’s going to assist you in weight loss because being unhealthy does just the opposite. In fact, it’s better for you if you six to eight small healthy meals/snacks a day. That with a combination of constant water drinking can go a long way. Try that out for two weeks and when you see those results add some cardio and a little bit of strength training and bam! You got yourself a trifecta of weight loss tactics.

If you really want to lose weight and nothing is working, don’t give up. You need to be mentally ready to commit yourself to accomplishing your goal. In most cases the reason people fail is because they are not in the correct mind state and even worse, they don’t know it yet. Do you hate your program? Do you feel deprived? Tired of eating nasty food with who knows what in it? Then my friend, you are in the wrong mind state. You believe torturing yourself is actually going to benefit you? I highly doubt it. Time for you to really get to know what it is you need.
