Weight Loss Workouts – The Best Method

Physical training should not be put on the back burner when starting a weight loss plan. You will need to take consideration two things if you want to succeed in losing fat successfully.

It is impossible to lose weight if you only work out, or if you only eat a well balanced diet. Your exercise and diet or eating plan work in synergy, so you need both of them to succeed.

What do I need in my weight training program?

A balance between moderate weight training and cardiovascular exercise is the path you need to follow. First of all, cardio helps you burn off that extra fat, but the common problem you will experience is loose skin after losing the weight. This is where the weight training comes in. You will be toning your body while losing fat.

Weight loss workout tip 1 – Do not believe it!

A common mistake many individuals make is to believe that it is possible to do spot reduction. Spot reduction is to lose weight on a specific area, like the stomach, arms or buttocks. The body simply does not work that way. When you start with your diet plan and exercise routine, your body will lose weight gradually all over, not in one specific area. Obviously, it is not impossible to achieve spot reduction, which works by applying creams and lotions, helping in weight loss in the area it is applied to.

Weight loss workout tip 2 – The best method

The absolute best method you can incorporated in your training program is to do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If you find it impossible to do on an empty stomach, have a cup of coffee, with no milk and no sugar, this will give you a boost. The psychology behind this method is this, early in the morning you have not eaten any carbohydrates or fats that can be used for energy so when you start your cardio, your body's first choice for energy will be the fat stored in your body.

Weight loss workout tip 3 – The best method flipped.

This method is just a small change from tip 2, instead of doing cardio in the morning, do it at night before going to bed. Some feel hungry after doing the cardio session at night. The easy way around this is to do your cardio before going to bed, take a hot bath while sipping on a 100% pure whey protein shake and a teaspoon of pure L-Glutamine mixed together with water. And finally see and enjoy the results.

The L-Glutamine helps the muscles recover from strenuous exercise and is a must. It is also an ammonia scavenger and helps repair damaged stomach lining.

If you want to start, then start now, not today, start right now. Do not think about it, just do it.
